Questions Before You Send?

Here are clear answers about booking, pricing, handover and tracking.

Pamile delivers between Lagos and Ibadan in both directions.

You can choose Hub-to-Hub, Hub-to-Door, Door-to-Hub or Door-to-Door. Your choice determines where Pamile collects and where the receiver gets the parcel.

The sender needs a verified Pamile account to book a delivery. The receiver does not need an account and can track the parcel with its Tracking ID.

The price is based on the route, parcel weight and selected delivery option. You will see the total before making payment.

You will need the receiver's full name and Nigerian phone number, plus the parcel category, description, value, weight range and whether it is fragile.

Eligible items include documents, clothing, shoes, books, packaged dry food, beauty products, accessories, small household items, small electronics and business parcels. Prohibited or restricted items are not accepted.

You can edit the receiver and parcel details while the payment is still pending. The delivery details are locked after payment.

No. Payment confirms the booking. Pamile records receipt only after the parcel is dropped off at the selected hub or collected from your address.

A Tracking ID is created after payment. Enter it on the Track Parcel page to see the current status. You can also share the Tracking ID with the receiver.
